Error reporting

To investigate software failures, appyTimes can send technical errors to its own GlitchTip service at errors.appytimes.org. This notice covers error reporting.

Reports contain the error type, source filename, function and line number, timestamp, software version and production environment. Access is restricted to authorized maintainers.

Reports exclude request contents, headers, cookies, IP addresses, account identity, arbitrary messages and local variables. We do not use error reporting for advertising, behavioral tracking or session replay.

Error events are kept in the active error store for 14 days. Operational backups are stored separately with restricted access.
